Accessibility Statement

Published: 11 September 2026 · Last updated: 11 September 2026 · Last accessibility audit: 11 September 2026

1 Our commitment

RDD Labs is a two-person game studio in Ashdod, Israel, operated as a sole trader (osek patur). We want rdd-labs.com and the Color Drain page to be usable by everyone — including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion.

This statement says what is in place today, what is not right yet and when we expect to fix it, and how to reach us when something gets in your way.

2 Standard and conformance status
Partially conformant

We work to WCAG 2.0 Level AA — the level Israeli Standard IS 5568 is anchored to — and test against WCAG 2.1 where it goes further. Most of the site meets that level. The items listed under "Known limitations" do not yet, which is why the status is partial rather than full.

As a sole trader (osek patur), RDD Labs is exempt from the website-accessibility duty in Israel's Service Accessibility Regulations. We publish this statement voluntarily and treat the limitations below as work to finish, not as a legal position.

3 What is in place
4 Known limitations, and when we expect to fix them

We would rather list these honestly than claim a conformance we have not earned yet.

5 Feedback and contact

If any part of the site is hard to use, tell us. We will fix it, or give you the same content another way in the meantime.

Accessibility contact: Daniel Simonov, co-founder

Email: support@rdd-labs.com (subject line "Accessibility")

Response time: within 7 business days

6 If we do not resolve it

You can also contact the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Israeli Ministry of Justice, which handles accessibility complaints.

7 Keeping this statement current

We review this statement whenever the site changes in a way that affects accessibility, and at least once a year. The audit date at the top is the date of the last check, not the date the page was written.
